We are proud to work with some of the best local suppliers of organic food in the country; and provide our guests with a wide range. For example:

A family-based business headed by brothers Shon and Simon Sprackling; the Rother Valley Organics Farm stretches from Rogate, north of The South Downs to Thorney Island in Hampshire and boasts some of the finest organic grazing in the country. The brothers philosphy is simple - to produce fully traceable organic meat in a natural way. - Selsey Crab.
Hand picked selsey crab is provided by local fisherman, Les Page; to the best of our (and his) knowledge, the only remaining 'hand picker' in the South of England. When crab is not hand-picked it is air-blown out of the shell which adds water and bacteria to the crab meat. Hand-picking not only protects the hygiene of the crab meat, but is also a far superior product. - Eggs.
Our eggs come from The Happy Hen Egg Company, a small family run business near Petersfield, run by David and Sandra Higgins. Their aim is to produce top quality eggs with the welfare of the hens taking first priority. The birds are fed on all natural grains with no additives whatsoever. - Cheese
Our wide selection of British cheese comes from The Premier Cheese Company and is all organic.
Please note: The bar and restaurant are closed Sunday evening and all day Monday. Accommodation is open seven days a week.
