Booking

There are two ways to book:

By telephone or online.
If you book with us online, you have accepted our cancellation & non smoking policy, that we serve a luxury continental breakfast hamper to your room, and that your booking is subject to availability.
We will respond by phone to confirm the booking and collect your card details.
Check in is after 1pm, check out is 11am.

Cancellation:
We regularly need to decline reservations due to being fully booked, therefore a credit card is required at the time of booking. For cancellations 3 days or more in advance of the booking, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the total booking (minus VAT) if we are unable to re-sell the reservation. For cancellations within 2 days of the booking (or not showing up) we reserve the right to charge the full price of the total booking (minus VAT) if we are unable to re-sell the reservation. We respectfully request that you consider the room booking a contract, upon booking.

General information:
- All prices include VAT.
- The bar and restaurant are closed on Sunday evenings and all day Mondays.
- Accommodation is open seven days a week.
- The White Horse is non-smoking, throughout.

We take: Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Switch.
