The individually designed Indonesian teak furniture, made from reclaimed railway sleepers, the brightly coloured Italian Murano lighting and a four and a half metre tropical fish tank, will all add to the contemporary, yet organic feel of the dining room.

The raw, organic feel created in the bar and restaurant area, continues into the 16 luxury bedrooms, all named and designed after some of the world’s most cherished fishing ports. Each room will boast the latest in wide screen TVs, Egyptian cotton linen, Crema Marfil Italian marble in the bathrooms and beautifully high ceilings to create the feeling of space.
